By purchasing a physical product on our website, you agree to the shipping and return policy stated below.

Shipping

Delivery time:

We work our best to roast and ship your order within 3 working days from your purchase. Shipping times will vary depending on country and region. However, if you have not received your order within 30 days, please contact us on dyadecoffee@gmail.com or in the contact form.

Shipping rates: 

Our shipping rates vary based on where you want our coffee delivered to, however we are happy to say that we offer free shipping in France for any purchase over 40 Euro, and free shipping within the EU for any purchase above 100 Euros.

We have categorized our shipping into three main areas: France, EU, and the rest of the world.

 

We recommend utilizing our Boxtal option when shipping smaller orders, or orders outside of EU, as we have found that their price comparison system is helpful and allows you to get the coffee faster or cheaper to your house depending on your preference. â€‹

Wholesale shipping:

If you are looking for coffee for your café or workplace please contact us for wholesale prices. We will cover shipping for orders over 5kg in France and 10kg in the EU, contact us for shipping rates for the rest of the world if you are based outside of France and EU.

Return

If you're not a business and want to return something, you've got 14 days from when you get your order. But for hygiene reasons, we can't take back coffee and other consumables, in accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, which states: "The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts: [...] 4. For the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or perish rapidly; 5. For the supply of goods whose seal has been broken by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or protection of health". But if something's wrong with your order, just drop us an email within 30 days, and we'll try to sort it out.
