Citric acid can be a sharp taste. That's why this shape is sharp even though may citrus fruits are sweet, like oranges and clementines. This sign will also be used for tropical fruits as we also find a citric acidity in those fruits!
Flowers are beautiful, especially as a flavor in coffee if you as us! We easily see the flower in this sign, hopefully you do to! Expect to find this flower on clean coffees of high quality.
In addition to these signs you will find the more specific tasting notes in the description of the coffee. You may also find a scale for different taste experiences like mouthfeel from thick to thin.
